Patricia Bright, Owner, Bright Consulting LLC, is a masters-prepared organization development practitioner and certified and credentialed coach with more than twenty years of consulting, coaching, and management experience leading organization development functions within organizational and corporate settings. Through partnership with senior management, she has created and implemented organization-specific competencies that supported the desired direction. She has demonstrated a proven ability to analyze complex problems and identify simple solutions. Clients have described her as a global thinker that relies on solid planning and careful attention to detail to achieve desired results. As a coach, she has demonstrated strong partnering skills with individuals and teams, enabling her clients to achieve desired personal and organizational behavior.
Patricia is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation, a Board-Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing and Education, and a Gestalt Professional Certified Coach (GPCC) through the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She also serves in an adjunct faculty role at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland in the International Coach Federation Approved Coach Training Program. In her coaching practice, she specializes in leadership, career, and life coaching with professionals and leaders at all levels and she serves as a mentor coach to coaching colleagues.
Patricia is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a past President of the ICF Cleveland chapter. Patricia also holds certifications in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the DiSC Profile, Appreciative Inquiry in Positive Business and Society Change, Managing Organizational Transition, Facilitative Leadership, Inside-Out Coaching, High Impact Mapping, Success Case Methodology, TeamSTEPPS, Talent Management, and Crucial Conversations. She is a trained GE Lean Leader and a certified GE Master Change Agent. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Arts degree from The Ohio State University.
Cathy is an organizational consultant currently focusing much of her energy on the design and implementation of participatory leadership processes which set the conditions for discovery, learning and change to emerge on an individual and collective level. She also coaches individuals to reach their highest potential through strength-based development practices related to values, inner balance and life purpose, uncovering and exploring blind spots, and building upon their unique leadership capacities. By arriving at our authentic selves, there is real fulfillment - enabling a significant increase in contribution to our work and at home.
Cathy holds an MS in Positive Organization Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University, is a Gestalt Professional Certified Coach, and a certified Senior Professional Human Resources practitioner with over 20 years experience in the professional services industry. She carries certifications for HayGroup's Emotional Intelligence 360 instrument, MBTI, and DiSC, and is trained in a variety of dialogic and whole system approaches including Appreciative Inquiry, World Cafe, Open Space, Circle, and other interactive processes that produce learning, heal relationships, and create shared commitment to wiser action.
Cathy's passion for understanding people, their stories, and the interconnectivity that exists between all of us fuels her practice. She works with managers and executives who are results-oriented leaders seeking to develop skills in positive change - leaders for whom authoritarian and hierarchical ways of doing business and managing people no longer work. An Ohio native, Christina M. Royer earned her J.D. with highest honors from the University of Akron School of Law, where she graduated first in her class and served as Editor-in-chief of the Akron Law Review. She also holds an M.A. in French from Kent State University and a B.A. in French and a B.S. in Secondary Education from Miami University.
Chris started her own law practice in 2004, where she has worked in all aspects of employment-related litigation, representing individuals in discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and non-compete litigation; agency (OCRC/EEOC) proceedings; Unemployment compensation matters; and severance/employment counseling and negotiation.
Chris is a frequent speaker on various employment-law topics, and has written numerous amicus briefs filed in the Ohio courts, as well as in the United States Supreme Court. Chris was selected as a Rising Star for 2009, 2010, and 2011 by Ohio Super Lawyers magazine. She was selected as a Super Lawyer for 2012, 2013, and 2014 in the area of Employment Law.
In May 2013, Chris earned her certification as a Gestalt Professional Certified Coach, upon completion of the coach certification program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. Her coaching practice focuses on the workplace, with special emphasis on helping clients to attain work and career satisfaction and to build leadership skills and abilities to enhance their careers. Chris also works with managers and employees whose work performance or behavior presents challenges to the organization, to assist them in becoming effective contributors in the workplace.
Chris recently joined Cleveland State University as adjunct faculty, teaching in the Diversity Management Program.
Barb works as an internal consultant and coach at the NASA Glenn Research Center in Organizational and Employee Development, Change Management and Strategic Planning. She has more than 30 years of experience working with the Federal Government, Industry, and Educational Institutions. She owns her own business called Mind Your Business and Yourself which specializes in business consulting, training and executive coaching.
Barb is a Gestalt Professional Certified Coach (GPCC) and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She specializes in leadership development with emphasis on personal, team and organizational change. She has an undergraduate degree from Baldwin Wallace in Business Management and a Master's degree from Bluffton University in Organizational Management.
